Tracie Kleiner

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Tracie leads Business Operations—accounting, finance, HR, technology, marketing, and administration—while providing executive oversight to five operating divisions. She joined Home Path Financial in 2006 and has spent nearly two decades building the operational infrastructure, policies, and teams that support the company’s vision and growth.

Before HPF, Tracie spent 15 years in banking and finance at Fortune 500 institutions and growing investment firms. She held both front-line and back-office roles including Banking Officer, Series 7 Stockbroker, Registered Investment Advisor, Vice President of Investments, and Compliance Principal—where she built a compliance department from the ground up. She holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 6, 26, 63, and 66 licenses, as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Tracie graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and was promoted to her first management role at age 19. That early combination of leadership instinct and analytical rigor has defined her career ever since.

As the company’s EOS Integrator, Tracie is responsible for turning vision into execution—building accountability structures, developing leaders, and ensuring the company operates with discipline and clarity.

Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her husband, her adult sons, and her dogs, RV traveling, off-roading in her Jeep, or staying active through hiking, watersports, skiing, and fitness.
